Lesli Figueiredo, MA, LPC

Lesli is passionate about equipping clients to lead a life fulfilled walking in freedom from past trauma, disappointments or bondage. She works with families to help children overcome challenges and increase the parent/child bond. She has been partnering clients with horses in equine assisted sessions since 2008 where she began as a horse specialist before transitioning into the counselor role. She has personally experienced the transforming power of relationships with horses growing up owning and competing horses and spending summers on her grandparents' Windy Hill Ranch, a horse breeding and training facility.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to entering the equine assisted counseling field, Lesli coached the equestrian team at the University of Georgia where she assisted them in winning the 2008 National Championship.

 

Mikayla Bugh

MA LPC-Intern Under Supervision by Dr. Jordan Davis, PhD, LPC-S

Mikayla is passionate about helping clients find purpose, joy, and healing in their suffering. She finds joy working with a variety of presenting issues, including depression, anxiety, identity, emotional awareness, and relationships. She graduated with her BA in Psychology and her MA in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. She is also a certified Equine Specialist through PATH International and has worked in the equine assisted counseling field since 2019. She has spent many years experiencing the healing power of a relationship between horses and people and has experience in teaching western pleasure and horsemanship to individuals of all ages. Mikayla is currently under supervision by Dr. Jordan Davis, PhD, LPC-S.

 

Chad Figueiredo, Owner

Chad is an experienced entrepreneur and has 10 years of experience in owning and operating start up companies. Additionally, he possesses IT skills and knowledge that will allow him to support and manage the practice with underlying systems including scheduling, finance, marketing, website, and communications. Furthermore, Chad makes a great ranch hand!
